Cancellation and No Show Policy

Dee-O-gee has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or no show within that window, the card on file will be charged 50% of your service. We understand that sometimes life just happens. If you are sick or there is an emergency and need to reschedule, please call.

Why do we have this policy?

The stylists work on commission. If a client cancels without enough notice to fill that spot, the stylist does not get paid. As a small business, no shows and last minute cancellations have an especially negative impact. We block out a certain amount of time on our schedule to provide services. If there is a late cancellation, we lose potential business from another client. Please be courteous of our time. We look forward to continuing to provide you wonderful service.
